We’re building our foundation team for 24fit Naracoorte , and we’d love you to be part of it.
With our Naracoorte club expected to open in mid-August , this is your opportunity to help launch a brand-new gym and shape the member experience from day one.
About the Role
As part of our Gym Crew, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations.
You’ll
- Deliver an exceptional, welcoming member experience
- Support members on the gym floor
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ensure equipment is safe, functional and well cared for
- Contribute to a fun, positive and team-first culture
This is a casual position , with hours to be confirmed closer to opening. There is strong opportunity for growth as the club establishes and expands.

Skills & Experience
- Certificate III in Fitness (or working towards) preferred
- Friendly, approachable and confident engaging with members
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining standards
- Availability for flexible shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends)
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
