What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering exceptional customer service and professional product advice.
- Assisting customers to identify the right haircare, styling, colour and beauty solutions for their needs.
- Actively promoting and selling premium hair and beauty brands.
- Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation to Price Attack standards.
- Ensuring stock is accurately replenished and displayed.
- Contributing to a positive team culture and smooth day-to-day store operations.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience in the hairdressing, salon, haircare or professional beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of professional haircare, colour, styling and beauty products.
- A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry and current trends.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A skilled,



positive and team-oriented approach.

Highly Regarded

- Retail sales experience, particularly within hair and beauty.
- Previous experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience with visual merchandising and stock management.

Other Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high store standards.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
