We are looking for a skilled and reliable Full-Time Barber/ Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about barbering, takes pride in their work, and enjoys creating a great experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑quality haircuts, fades, beard shaping, and grooming services using professional barbering tools.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferred styles and recommend suitable cuts and grooming options.
- Perform shampooing, conditioning, blow‑drying, straightening, and basic styling as required.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation, ensuring all tools are sanitised according to salon safety standards.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service, building strong client relationships and ensuring repeat business.
- Assist with basic chemical services such as colouring or toning when required by senior staff.
- Prepare clients for services, ensuring comfort and proper gowning.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and efficient shop setting.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with salon hygiene regulations.
