Cubic Coffee is looking for a Head Barista to join our team in the Brisbane CBD.
The role will be at our Edward St café.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of coffee quality and help lead the team, but we’re also happy to train a strong barista ready to step up.
The role includes: Dialling in & grinder calibration Coffee quality control Training baristas Equipment maintenance Barista service & customer interaction Working with our rotating specialty roasters
