Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Brightwater Hotel. You’ll bring the team together, strengthen performance and deliver a food offering the venue and its local community can be proud of.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and deliver kitchen operations across bistro service, functions and major events
- Lead and develop the kitchen team through clear direction, coaching and support
- Build strong working relationships across kitchen, front-of-house and venue management
- Drive consistent food quality, presentation and service delivery
- Manage COGS, labour, stock and kitchen performance against budget
- Maintain high food safety, compliance and WHS standards

What We’re Looking For

- At least three years’ experience as a Head Chef in a large hospitality venue
- Extensive experience managing event catering and high-volume plated service
- Strong people leadership that builds trust,



strengthens culture and unites teams
- Excellent organisation and time management across multiple service demands
- Strong commercial capability across COGS, labour, compliance and P&L; performance
- Confidence using rostering, reporting and kitchen management systems, including Cooking the Books
