Your New Role Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will lead the organisation's digital transformation agenda, with a strong focus on delivering tangible commercial outcomes through AI, automation, systems integration, data, and technology-enabled change.

This is far more than a traditional IT leadership role. You will act as a strategic business transformation leader, identifying emerging technologies and translating them into practical opportunities that improve profitability, productivity, customer engagement, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving the organisation's digital transformation strategy and roadmap.




- Delivering AI and automation initiatives with measurable ROI and business impact.
- Leading large-scale enterprise programs across ERP, CRM, data, integration, reporting, and customer platforms.
- Developing and presenting business cases to executive and board-level stakeholders.
- Leading organisational change and ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
- Providing strategic oversight of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure resilience, and technology governance.
- Partnering with senior executives to identify new opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and growth.
- Managing technology vendors, delivery partners, and internal technology teams.
- Supporting acquisition and integration activities through scalable technology and data strategies.

What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of commercial leadership, digital transformation expertise, and strong technical fluency.

You will demonstrate

- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- A track record of delivering AI and automation solutions into production with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen,



including experience developing and defending business cases with executive stakeholders.
- Experience driving behavioural change and technology adoption across large and complex organisations.
- Technical credibility across cloud platforms, systems integration, data architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at both executive and operational levels.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology, project, and business teams.
- A genuine passion for emerging technologies and a demonstrated ability to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
