A founder-led skincare brand with real clinical credibility is looking for a Head of Digital to own its growth. The product has built a loyal following on its own merit, largely without a proper acquisition and retention machine behind it. That's the gap, and it's yours to close.

This isn't a maintenance job. It's a build job.

What you're walking into A rapid-growing DTC and trade business with genuine category authority, an engaged customer base, and founders who are ready to hand over the growth levers to someone who knows what to do with them.

This role is yours: performance, ecommerce, lifecycle, CRO, retention, and the data underneath all of it.

What you'll actually do

- Own the digital P&L;: acquisition, revenue and contribution margin, not just spend
- Take control of paid media across Meta, Google and emerging channels, working agency or in-house as you see fit
- Own the ecommerce experience end to end, from CRO and merchandising to AOV and repeat rate
- Build the lifecycle and CRM engine so it educates and compounds LTV, not just discounts




- Bring the science-led brand story into every digital touchpoint so credibility does the converting
- Build the digital roadmap and the small team that delivers it

You're the one if you

- Have scaled a DTC skincare, beauty or wellness brand and can talk to what actually moved the numbers
- Have owned a real acquisition budget and can speak to CAC, blended ROAS, contribution margin and payback period without reaching for a deck
- Know your way around Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 and the Meta and Google stack properly, not just at reporting level
- Have a genuine point of view on retention, subscription and repeat purchase in a considered category
- Bring energy to a lean team rather than waiting for a big org to support you
- Are Sydney-based and happy to actually come into the office
