As Head of Enterprise Applications, you will own the strategic direction, performance and continuous improvement of CDC's enterprise application portfolio, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, Workflow Automation and Reporting platforms.
Working closely with business leaders and technology teams, you will drive modernisation, integration and optimisation initiatives that improve business performance, enhance user experience and deliver measurable value.
From automation and digitisation to application governance and vendor management, you'll play a critical role in helping CDC leverage technology to support its strategic objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership & Technology Roadmaps
- Develop and execute CDC's Enterprise Applications Strategy aligned to business priorities and the broader ComfortDelGro technology vision.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on application investments, emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Enterprise Applications team.
Enterprise Application Portfolio Management
- Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, from selection and implementation through to optimisation, upgrades and retirement.
- Drive the rationalisation, modernisation and integration of enterprise systems.
- Ensure applications remain reliable, scalable,
secure and fit for purpose.
Business Engagement & Transformation
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand operational challenges and deliver technology solutions that create value.
- Translate business needs into effective application strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead change adoption initiatives to maximise user engagement and business outcomes.
Governance, Compliance & Vendor Management
- Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Manage strategic relationships with software vendors, implementation partners and service providers.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Drive business process optimisation, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage workflow technologies, AI and emerging capabilities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement across systems, processes and customer experiences.

What You'll Bring
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline
