As they continue to strengthen their impact and growth, they are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to partner closely with the CFO and Executive Team.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad leadership role where you will oversee financial operations, reporting, governance, risk and compliance, while playing a key role in strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Position

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the finance function and be responsible for delivering high-quality financial management, reporting and commercial support to executive stakeholders.

You will oversee day-to-day finance operations while driving continuous improvement, maintaining strong financial controls and providing valuable insights that support organisational performance and long-term strategic objectives.

Profile

We are seeking a sharp, intellectually capable and dynamic hands-on finance leader who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen and strategic thinking. You will bring





- CA/CPA qualification.
- Significant experience leading finance functions within complex organisations.
- Strong technical accounting, financial reporting and governance expertise.
- Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning processes.
- Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence strategic decision-making.
- Exposure to purpose-led organisations, philanthropy, impact investing or funds management environments would be viewed favourably.
