Head of HR Business Partnering role working for a large multi-site business with operations across all of greater Sydney. This business if involved in training, production and ensuring operational excellent across their network of 50+ sites.
The Role
Reporting to the Executive and playing a key part in ensuring HR best practices are being administrated across the 50+sites this role will play an integral role in moulding the future impact of HR across the business. Your role will include:
- Build and lead the HR Business Partnering function, designing the operating model, aligning HRBPs to client groups, and lifting capability across the team.
- Translate P&C; policy into consistent operational practice, ensuring leaders have the tools, guidance and confidence to apply people policies effectively.
- Partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor, influencing organisational performance, culture, leadership capability and workforce outcomes.
- Resolve complex people matters with a systematic,
risk‑aligned approach, building manager capability and ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
- Lead organisational design and change initiatives, ensuring restructures and workforce changes are strategically aligned and supported by strong change management.
- Provide data‑driven insights on people trends, risks and organisational needs to inform leadership decision‑making.
You will bring:
- Significant experience in HR Business Partnering leadership within a complex, multi‑site organisation.
- Robust capability in stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders and building trusted relationships.
- Expertise in policy interpretation, organisational design, change management and people leadership.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to embed consistency, uplift capability and drive measurable impact.
