We are two operations in North West Queensland that depend on each other, and that our neighbours and the region depend on too. About The Role The senior technology role for the business, covering both enterprise IT and the operational technology that runs the plant and mine. You'll set the technology agenda end to end and deliver the post-acquisition ERP and broader transformation program. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll sit on the senior leadership team, and you'll own IT strategy, cybersecurity and risk, enterprise architecture and the transformation roadmap, while building a right-sized technology team and operating model.

The role is based in Brisbane, three days a week, with two days on site.

About You

Degree qualified in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field

Significant senior leadership experience across technology strategy, enterprise architecture and IT operations

Proven experience leading large-scale digital and business transformation programs, including ERP implementation

Experience in resources, mining, energy or heavy industrial environments, including IT/OT convergence

Highly desirable

Experience leading a technology function through a post-acquisition or separation transition

Background in consulting or advisory-led transformation delivery

Exposure to AI, automation and modern data platform initiatives

Experience building and leading right-sized technology teams and operating models
