We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Logistics to lead a complex, high-volume, multi-site logistics operation through an exciting period of transformation.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing a high-SKU operation that services both B2B and B2C customers. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the network, driving operational excellence while developing high-performing teams and delivering strategic change.

Key responsibilities

- Lead a complex, multi-site logistics operation, ensuring secure, efficient and customer-focused outcomes across the network.
- Take ownership of a significant Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, driving successful delivery and adoption.
- Lead site relocation projects, ensuring business continuity while optimising operational capability.
- Review and optimise freight strategy, transport providers and carrier performance to improve cost, service and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, inventory management and distribution.
- Lead and develop leaders, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to deliver operational and strategic objectives.
- Ensure the operation is scalable, agile and positioned to support future growth.

About you You'll be a proven logistics leader with experience managing complex,



high-SKU distribution environments across multiple sites. You'll have successfully led transformational change and know how to balance strategic priorities with operational excellence.

You'll bring

- Extensive experience leading multi-site logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
- Experience operating within a high-SKU environment supporting both B2B and B2C fulfilment.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale WMS implementations.
- Experience leading site relocations, network optimisation or other major operational transformation projects.
- Strong freight and transport management experience, including carrier reviews, commercial negotiations and service optimisation.
- A passion for developing people, building leadership capability and creating high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of delivering measurable operational outcomes.
