The Opportunity

Working alongside the Executive Team and Group CMO, you'll build the marketing function from the ground up—developing the strategy, launching the brand and creating a high-performing acquisition and retention engine.

You'll own everything from performance marketing, CRM and customer lifecycle through to marketing technology, analytics, conversion optimisation and customer insight.

What You'll Bring





We're looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who's built brands and delivered growth in a challenger or digitally led business.

You'll bring strong experience across:

- Performance marketing and media optimisation
- CRM, customer lifecycle and retention
- Attribution, analytics and marketing technology
- Customer acquisition and conversion optimisation
- Commercial strategy and stakeholder influence
- Building teams and managing external agencies

Experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated industry would be highly regarded, but mindset is just as important. You'll thrive in ambiguity, be comfortable making decisions and enjoy creating structure from the ground up.
