Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) serves 24 primary schools, five secondary colleges and two boarding facilities, united by a commitment to educational excellence and communities of Welcome, Faith, Service and Learning.

As Head of School Improvement, you will provide strategic leadership of the Diocese's School Improvement function, leading a team of School Improvement Leaders and supporting Principals to strengthen leadership capability, improve school performance and drive continuous improvement across the Diocese.

Working closely with the Director, School Improvement, Principals and Executive colleagues, you will lead the implementation of the Diocesan School Improvement Strategy, provide strategic advice on complex school improvement and organisational matters, build leadership capability and contribute to the broader strategic direction of Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga.

We are seeking an accomplished educational leader who brings:

- significant leadership experience as a Principal and/or senior system leader.
- proven experience leading school improvement, educational leadership and organisational change.




- exceptional leadership capability with the ability to coach, influence and develop high-performing leaders and teams.
- outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- a genuine commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
