About BC Game BC Game is one of the world's leading crypto-first gaming companies, behind a portfolio of platforms built on a easy belief: technology is a transformative force, and the future of online gaming belongs to those bold enough to build it. Since 2017, we have grown into a global community of millions of players, with more than 10,000 games and over 150 cryptocurrencies supported across our platforms. What sets us apart is how we build.
We set the standard for transparency and fairness through open-source code and provably fair games, and we move at pace, shipping constantly across casino, sports, and live entertainment. We are not here to follow the industry. We are here to shape it.
Above all, we are a team of builders, problem-solvers, and original thinkers from all over the world, united by the belief that the best products come from bringing different perspectives together. We are now looking for the person who will give that team a public voice, and make it one worth listening to.
About the role This is a newly created role based onsite in our current Melbourne office, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. You will own how BC Game sounds and shows up in public, across social media, press, and community.
The remit is international rather than local: our audiences sit all around the world across Latin America, Africa, South Asia, and East Asia.
We will be direct about where we are: the product and the traffic are world class, but our voice on X, our press narrative, and our community operation is where we need your help to be best in the category. That gap is the job. You will have the budget and the authority to use it as well as support from the CEO.
You will write and publish daily, set the voice yourself, and hire and lead a small community team as the function grows. It suits someone who is already living in this world, reads the room instinctively, and would rather build the system than wait for a brief. Six months in,
the account should feel different.
Engagement and follower quality up, a weekly rhythm that holds without anyone burning out to keep it going, and community channels that are alive and handled fast when something goes wrong. We would also expect two or three organic press stories.
