View favourites About The Position The Head of Strategy is responsible for ensuring ARENA’s strategy is sharp, credible, prioritised, and translated into action. The role exists to lift ARENA’s impact by maintaining a solid, coherent external impact and internal organisational strategy - balancing a rigorous, purist strategic perspective with pragmatic delivery realities.

The Head of Strategy shapes strategic priorities, ensures strategy going to the Board and SteerCo is decision‑ready, and keeps internal leaders genuinely on‑board with the strategy.
