About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to join Reward Hospitality AU on a full-time basis at our Yatala, QLD location. This is a strategic leadership position that will be pivotal in driving operational excellence across our supply chain operations. You will oversee the end-to-end supply chain function, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost management, and service delivery to support the growth and success of our hospitality business.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery
- Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to secure competitive pricing and reliable service
- Monitor supply chain metrics and key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all supply chain operations
- Implement process improvements and process efficiency initiatives to reduce waste and enhance operational performance
- Manage supply chain budgets and capital expenditure, ensuring financial targets are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and sales to support business requirements
- Analyse market trends and supply chain risks,



developing contingency plans to mitigate disruptions

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing, transport, logistics or hospitality environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale supply chain operations and multi-functional teams
- Strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination
- Proficiency with supply chain management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated cost management expertise with a history of delivering significant savings and efficiency improvements
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management
- Knowledge of industry best practices, compliance requirements, and quality standards
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members
- Project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
