This organisation is a long-established, high-performing business entering an exciting new phase of growth. With private equity backing and growth opportunities in new markets, this is a rare opportunity to join a profitable organisation seeking to scale at a pivotal moment. As Head of Strategic Finance, you will take ownership of commercial finance, FP&A; and strategic insight functions across the group. You will design scalable reporting, budgeting and forecasting frameworks, delivering clear financial insights to the executive team, and developing the metrics, analysis and market intelligence that shape long-term strategy.

You will be heavily involved in pricing strategy, margin analysis, capital planning and Board reporting, while becoming a trusted advisor to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Academic and Operations. You will also play a meaningful role in capital planning, debt facility support, the evaluation of M&A; opportunities,



and preparation activities associated with a future private equity exit.

You are a CA/CPA qualified, commercially astute finance leader, with prior experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, corporate development or strategic finance roles, within a high-growth SME environment (sub $100m revenue).

Experience in multi-site, services or tech-enabled businesses is highly regarded, as is prior exposure to long-term modelling, pricing, forecasting and business partnering. A background working with lenders and investment stakeholders in an M&A-focussed; growth setting, will also be looked upon favourably.

Your strategic mindset, commercial judgement and ability to influence others are matched by strong ownership, an ability to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders and a desire to build scalable processes.
