I'm partnering with a well established Australian business to appoint a Head of Transformation. The organisation is entering the next phase of its growth agenda and is investing significantly in how it serves customers, uses its data and runs its operating model.

This is a newly created role at the centre of one of the most significant strategic programs in the organisation's history. It is not a business-as-usual PMO role.

The Opportunity The agenda spans multiple streams including data, people and customer experience.

You will be the connective tissue between business, technology and people, accelerating the shift to a customer-led, digital-first and data-driven organisation with measurable commercial outcomes attached.

What you'll be responsible for

- Managing risks, dependencies and critical interlocks across the portfolio
- Supporting Board and Executive decision-making with clear insight and recommendations
- Driving delivery across systems, platforms, data, operating models and people change
- Leading executive-level governance, reporting and prioritisation frameworks
- Establishing and leading the transformation program end to end
- Developing and governing the enterprise transformation roadmap
- Partnering with business,



technology and corporate leaders to align priorities
- Defining and tracking benefits realisation so investment delivers measurable value

What you'll bring

- Demonstrated depth in governance, prioritisation, risk management and benefits realisation
- Digital and data fluency, with hands-on exposure to ERP, eCommerce, customer and data platforms
- A track record of delivering measurable outcomes across people, process, technology and data
- Strong executive and Board-level stakeholder management, including formal reporting into a Board or steering committee
- Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs, ideally $20m+ in value
- Commercial acumen with a transparent focus on ROI, performance improvement and value creation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
- Experience in multi-site, distribution or consumer-facing environments will be highly regarded
