About The Role Are you passionate about health planning and all things hospital precinct design? Looking to take the next step toward becoming a fully fledged Health Planner?

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and talented Health Architect or Designer to join our national Health team. In this role, you’ll support experienced health planning experts across our national practice - contributing to significant health and science projects while learning from some of the best in the field.

This is a development role with excellent scope for growth, ideal for someone eager to build their expertise and progress toward a future health planning leadership position. You’ll play a key role in planning and designing environments that enhance patient care, staff wellbeing, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will:

- Assist in the planning and documentation of complex Health & Science projects.
- Support the development of client briefs and work closely with consultants and contractors.
- Apply knowledge of AusHFGs, HPUs, and health planning principles to ensure best-practice outcomes.
- Contribute to user group consultations and translate operational needs into functional layouts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and health consultants to deliver high-quality, coordinated project outcomes.




- Support project delivery within agreed quality, schedule, and budget targets.

About You You are an early to mid-career designer or architect with a passion for healthcare design and facility planning. You’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to grow your expertise in creating people-centered, efficient health environments. We are excited to welcome someone with:

- 3-6 years post-graduation experience in architecture and (health) planning.
- Experience working on DD healthcare projects
- A solid understanding of spatial relationships, workflow, and operational efficiency in health environments.
- Solid communication and coordination skills with clients and project teams.
- Proficiency in Revit and dRofus.
- Recent CEP experience woudlm be adventagous.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
