Position Summary Citipointe Christian College is seeking Casual First Aid Officers to join our team in 2026. This dynamic role is focused on providing a service to students,



staff and parents by attending to the first aid needs of students and staff through the operation of the College Health Bay.

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach to their work and a strong commitment to the College's values, student wellbeing and safety standards.

Role Responsibilities

- Provide assistance to students, parents and staff with health-related concerns through the delivery of first aid treatment and care.
- Maintain the Health Bay in a tidy, hygienic and organised manner to support efficient daily operations.
- Ensure the Health Bay is appropriately stocked with the necessary first aid supplies and equipment for students and staff.
- Maintain detailed, accurate and confidential student health records, including incident reports and medical histories.
- Assist staff with student medical information and planning requirements for camps, excursions and other College activities.

Selection Criteria

- A vibrant Christian faith in line with Citipointe Christian College's Statement of Faith.
- Exemplary conduct that serves as a positive role model for students.
- A comprehensive understanding of and commitment to Child Secure Standards and Student Duty of Care requirements.
- A current Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card), or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
- Current First Aid Certification, or a willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong organisational planning and coordination skills,



including the ability to demonstrate flexibility and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new ideas with enthusiasm.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence and warmth to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and visitors.
- A proactive, flexible and service-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to supporting the needs of the school community.
- A positive "can-do" attitude, a willingness to learn and develop, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for students and staff.
