We're currently seeking experienced Health & Lifestyle Coordinators (HLCs) for ongoing FIFO opportunities across Western Australia. Your new role
As a Health & Lifestyle Coordinator, you'll play a key role in promoting health, wellbeing, and engagement for site-based workforces. No two days are the same, with responsibilities including:
- Designing and delivering health and wellbeing initiatives
- Coordinating fitness programs and group exercise sessions
- Running engaging health promotion activities and events
- Providing one-on-one fitness guidance and support
- Maintaining gym equipment and recreational facilities
- Creating a positive and inclusive environment for site residents
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all staff on-site
What you'll need to succeed To be successful,
you'll bring previous experience in fitness, health promotion, or FIFO HLC environments, along with:
- Certificate IV in Fitness (Australian recognised)
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR (valid within the last 12 months)
- Previous fitness industry experience (FIFO experience highly regarded)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Two recent, contactable professional references
