Whether your background is Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Fire Protection, Sustainability, Structural or another Building Services discipline, we're interested in speaking with commercially minded professionals who have established networks within the healthcare market.

The Opportunity

Working alongside an established national leadership team, you will:

- Lead the growth of the healthcare sector across Victoria.
- Build and strengthen relationships with health departments, health services, architects, contractors and project managers.
- Identify and secure new project opportunities across public and private healthcare.
- Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to deliver major hospital, health precinct and medical infrastructure projects.




- Play a key role in shaping business strategy and expanding market presence.

- A background within a Building Services consulting environment.
- Strong relationships within the Victorian healthcare market.
- Experience in business development, client engagement and winning work.
- Leadership experience or a genuine desire to build and grow a successful team.
