About the role Make a meaningful difference every day by supporting older people to continue living safely, independently and confidently in their own homes. You will work across Ellenbrook, Henley Brook and Ballajura and surrounds, providing personalized support tailored to each client’s needs. Your day may include personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, social support, community outings and helping clients maintain their wellbeing and independence.

This is a permanent part‑time position offering guaranteed paid hours on a flexible roster, scheduled within your nominated availability. Preferred availability to cover at least 8:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday. About you You are a caring, reliable and compassionate person who enjoys building genuine relationships and helping others maintain their independence.

You work well independently, communicate confidently and can adapt to the varying needs of clients while providing respectful, high‑quality care.

Qualifications and experience - Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Care or equivalent (required)



- Experience providing personal care and in‑home support services - A genuine commitment to person‑centred care and supporting client choice - Robust communication and relationship‑building skills - Current driver’s licence and access to a registered, comprehensively insured vehicle - National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months) Benefits As a valued team member, you’ll also enjoy access to:
