About the role
Our Support at Home Program helps older people live safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
Join our growing team with multiple opportunities across the Hume Support at Home program, now hiring in Seymour, and surrounding communities.
As a Home Care Worker, you will travel between clients' homes providing personalised support that enables older people to maintain their independence, wellbeing and connection to their community.
These are part time positions with guaranteed contracted hours of 20 hours per fortnight. To meet client and rostering requirements, successful candidates will have daytime availability across at least three weekdays per week.
