About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Homestay Interviewer / Inspector to join our Sydney team.
In this role, you will visit prospective host families, inspect homes, and conduct interviews to ensure they meet AHN's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective host families and conduct home inspections throughout the surrounding suburbs (north and western Sydney suburbs)
- Interview host families and assess their suitability for the AHN Homestay Program.
- Manage new homestay applications through the AHN system.
- Contact applicants via phone and email to arrange interview appointments.
- Complete detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with the arrival and meet-and-greet of international study tour groups when required.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The flexibility to work varying hours based on seasonal demand.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- A reliable vehicle and a current Australian driver's licence.
- Residence within the North/West Sydney region or surrounding suburbs.
- A professional presentation and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid attention to detail and sound judgement when assessing prospective host families.
- Experience in real estate, property management, customer service, or a similar field will be highly regarded.
