Celltrion Healthcare Australia is looking for an experienced Hospital Sales Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen our presence across South Australia and Western Australia.
In this role, you will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital pharmacists, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers to support the adoption and appropriate use of our biosimilar portfolio.
You will use your territory management, consultative selling, and commercial skills to identify opportunities and achieve sales objectives, while collaborating closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other internal teams. Regular travel across South Australia and Western Australia is required.
▶ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Account Management
- Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with public and private hospitals, healthcare professionals, pharmacy stakeholders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Apply a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and identify appropriate business solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business and portfolio-growth opportunities.
- Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and market activity to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support product adoption, formulary access, and account-level implementation activities, where appropriate

Territory and Commercial Planning
- Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with the Company’s commercial strategy.
- Prioritise customers and field activities based on customer segmentation, business potential, and sales objectives.
- Effectively manage a broad geographic territory across South Australia and Western Australia.
- Use the CRM system to plan and record customer interactions, account information, opportunities, and follow-up activities accurately and promptly.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, territory updates, and relevant market insights to management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives.
- Share relevant customer and market insights to assist with business and portfolio planning.
- Build relationships with relevant skilled associations, healthcare groups, and other stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of conferences, symposia, customer meetings, exhibitions, and educational activities.
- Coordinate internal resources to address customer needs and support effective account management.
Product Knowledge and Compliance
- Maintain current knowledge of the Company’s products, biosimilars, relevant therapeutic areas, market conditions, prescribing practices, and competitor activities.
- Communicate product information accurately and within the approved promotional framework.
- Comply with applicable laws, industry codes, internal policies, and Company procedures.
- Identify and promptly report adverse events, product complaints, and other safety information in accordance with pharmacovigilance procedures.
- Complete all required compliance, product, and professional training within the prescribed timelines
▶ WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least five years of relevant pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare sales experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in customer relationship management with high integrity.
- Launch experience in the biologics space is highly desirable.
- Experience and relationships in gastroenterology are preferred.

- Ability to communicate cross‑functionally and build strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders preferred.
- Familiarity with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry business practices, policies, and procedures preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce applications (e.g., Veeva, PromoMats) preferred.
- A current driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory is necessary.
▶ EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science‑related field or RN qualification.
- Tertiary qualification in business (marketing) and/or science is desirable.
