Lord Anson Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel. We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the hotel efficiently.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate hotel staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance operations.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and operational planning.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
- A qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
