At Crown, we create exceptional experiences for our guests through outstanding service, teamwork, and attention to detail. We are currently seeking an organised and customer-focused Housekeeping Coordinator to join our luxury hotel team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will coordinate the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms, requests, and operational priorities are managed efficiently. You will work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Guest Services, and Maintenance teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily housekeeping task allocations.
- Monitor room status and communicate updates across departments.
- Manage guest requests,



VIP amenities, and special requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain department records.
- Support stock control, lost property, and general administration.
- Ensure compliance with Crown's service, safety, and operational standards.

About You

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, housekeeping, or customer service.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
- Experience with Opera or hotel systems is highly regarded.
