Join our fully in-sourced Housekeeping Operations team at Crown Sydney, where you'll support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in one of Australia’s most iconic luxury hotels.

We're currently recruiting for Housekeeping Supervisors & Room Attendants, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Please ensure to identify the roles you are interested in applying for, in your resume.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Reporting to the Housekeeping Operations Manager, you'll lead and coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience with:

- Supervising daily housekeeping activities and room allocations

- Inspecting guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to meet Crown standards

- Coaching, supporting, and developing team members

- Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience

- Strong communication and team leadership skills

Room Attendant

As a Room Attendant, you'll ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the high standards expected in a luxury hotel environment.

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience with:





- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to high standards

- Maintaining immaculate public and back-of-house areas

- Delivering consistent attention to detail and presentation

- Working to timelines and housekeeping operational expectations
