Immediate opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a well established national civil construction company on a 12 month contract basis.

Due to business growth nationally (currently 100 staff, looking to almost double in size), this organisation is looking for someone to assist with implementing the HR function across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role working closely with the senior leadership team.

Duties include, but are not limited to;

- Implementation and improvement of company policies and procedures
- Auditing and identifying areas for improving onboarding and induction processes
- Recruitment process and engagement of staff
- Creation and improvement of documentation eg. position descriptions, induction material




- Assisting with the performance management and review processes and documentation
- Implementation of current HRIS software
- Oversee payroll, leave requests

We are looking for someone ideally from the construction industry (with a knowledge of EBA agreements) to assist in all facets of HR.
