We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our Australian HR team. This role is primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment (approximately 70%) , with the remaining 30% supporting HR operations , providing excellent exposure to the broader employee lifecycle.

About the Role This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the pace and variety of retail recruitment.

You'll partner with leaders across Australia to attract, recruit and onboard exceptional talent while supporting a range of HR administration and employee lifecycle activities.

Recruitment (Approximately 70%)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across retail leadership, retail store and corporate positions.
- Coordinate multiple vacancies simultaneously across several Australian states.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Advertise positions across multiple platforms and proactively source candidates.
- Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from application through to offer.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers.
- Support store openings and high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain recruitment reporting, talent pipelines and recruitment dashboards.

HR Operations (Approximately 30%)

- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and new starter administration.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Support compliance, reporting and HR projects.
- Assist with probation reviews and employee lifecycle administration.




- Respond to HR enquiries from employees and leaders.

About You You'll enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same and be comfortable managing competing priorities.

We're looking for someone with:

- Previous experience recruiting within a retail, hospitality, customer service or other high-volume environment.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to partner with leaders at all levels.
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using recruitment platforms, HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (preferred).
