The Role

Toll Recruit are causal experienced HR Multi-Drop Drivers to work in partnership with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) based in Richlands.

This is a casual day shift opportunity, ideal for drivers who enjoy hands-on work, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Delivery route training will be provided.

Pay Rates: 5am start time | $42.42 per hour

Key Responsibilities

- Complete multiple daily beverage deliveries across the Brisbane metro area, ensuring excellent customer service and on-time delivery performance.
- Manually unload beverage products using a trolley while maintaining safe handling practices at all customer locations.
- Conduct daily pre-start vehicle safety checks.
- Unpack and re-wrap pallets as required.
- Comply with all road rules, transport regulations, and workplace safety requirements.

What We Are Looking For

- Current HR Truck Licence (minimum 8-10 months driving experience preferred)
- Experience operating a tautliner truck highly regarded
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Ability to provide a recent driving history report
- Strong customer service skills and professional presentation
- Good numeracy and written communication skills for completing delivery paperwork and run sheets
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Recent police check advantageous (or willingness to obtain one)
