About The Opportunity Reporting directly to senior management , some of your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and improving HSE policies, procedures, and systems across all sites
- Conducting risk assessments , hazard identifications, and site audits
- Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
- Delivering training , toolbox talks, and inductions to staff and contractors
- Managing HSE reporting and liaising with regulatory bodies
- Mentoring junior staff and advising site leaders on best practice About You The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualification in OHS, Environmental Management, or related discipline
- Professional certification such as CECA, COHSQA, or equivalent
- 2–5 years' HSE experience , ideally within construction
- In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation, including QLD-specific regulations
- Proven experience building HSE management systems and risk assessments
