The Role:

As a HSE Advisor, you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the employees, subcontractors, clients, and the public. Your expertise and guidance will be critical in promoting a culture of safety and minimizing the risk of accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Positively influence, and advise leaders and workers on HSE matters, requirements under legislation, and drive forward a strong safety culture.
- Maintain a sound knowledge of current legislation, policies and guidelines.




- Facilitate audits and assist with site toolbox talks.
- Lead allocated site visits, inspections, incident investigations.
- Review/update Plans, Risk Assessments, Safe Work Method Statements, procedures, and other documents as required in conjunction with other stakeholders.
- Manage complex issues around worksite safety.

To be considered for this role you must:

- Hold a Cert IV in OH&S; or a safety diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Have strong experience working in the Civil Construction industry.
- Ability to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
