HSE Advisor - FIFO NSW (2:1 Roster) Location: NSW

The Role We are seeking a proactive HSE Coordinator to join our FIFO NSW operations on a 2:1 roster. You will provide technical expertise and advisory support to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards while promoting a zero-harm culture. You will support supervisors, workforce, and subcontractors on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Shadbolt HSE Management System and client-specific HSE procedures.
- Support preparation and review of SWMS, JHAs, risk assessments, and permits.
- Identify site hazards, assess risks, and recommend controls.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and verify personnel competencies.
- Support environmental compliance, audits, and pollution prevention measures.




- Assist in emergency preparedness and response procedures.

What We're Looking For:

- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline.
- WHS certifications (White Card, NEBOSH, Cert IV WHS) mandatory.
- 3-5 years' experience in HSE advisory/support roles on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance reporting.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, organised, and adaptable in dynamic site environments.
