We're seeking an experienced HSE Systems Improvement & Reporting Leader to drive continuous improvement across HSE systems, analytics, governance, reporting, and digital innovation. What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role
- Strong background in HSE systems, reporting, analytics, digital improvement, or risk management
- Experience delivering executive-level reporting and insights
- Advanced capability with Power BI, Excel,



and business reporting tools
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, risk frameworks, and safety performance metrics
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience within utilities, infrastructure, energy, mining, or other high-risk industries is highly regarded
