We are seeking an extra pair of hands on deck to support one of our engineering clients!

A vacancy exists for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join a well-established engineering organisation based in Adelaide's northern suburbs.

This diverse temporary role will see you working across both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, supporting leaders and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle while delivering end-to-end recruitment, employee relations support, performance management guidance and employee engagement initiatives.

To be successful, you will be a confident HR generalist with strong recruitment coordination experience, exposure to employee relations and performance matters, and the ability to build credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Expertise within a heavy industry is desirable.



(Blue/ White Collar) along with experience using ConnX HRIS will be highly regarded, although an ability to quickly learn recent systems is equally important.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will be proactive, adaptable and capable of working autonomously while juggling competing priorities.
