:We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team to support Geely and its associated brands
.Unlike traditional HR Business Partner roles that focus primarily on advisory support, this position offers the opportunity to partner strategically with the business while remaining actively involved in delivering practical HR solutions. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, own functional HR areas, solve complex people challenges and contribute across the full HR lifecycle within a collaborative, high-performing HR team
.The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner to designated business functions, while also leading and executing a broad range of HR initiatives, projects and operational activities. Depending on business priorities, organisational needs and individual strengths, the role may take ownership of different HR functional areas, projects or Centres of Excellence (COEs)
.This role requires someone who can think strategically, work collaboratively, and personally drive outcomes from planning through execution .

Qualificatio ns:Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipli ne.Minimum 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, including HR Business Partnering or broad HR Generalist experien ce.Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work Act and HR best practic es.Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters independent ly.Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple HR disciplin es.Experience working in a fast-paced, growing or changing business environme nt.Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and performance manageme nt.Proven ability to recruit, assess and appoint professional and leadership rol es.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skil ls.Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skil ls.Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical executi on.
