With cyber security being a key strategic priority, the organisation is investing heavily in strengthening its Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities and building a modern, secure, and scalable identity setting.

Your new role:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join a growing Cyber Security team and help drive the maturity of Identity and Access Management capabilities. As a senior technical contributor, you will play a key role in both the operational management and future direction of the organisation's identity platforms. You will work closely with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, DevOps, project teams and business stakeholders to deliver secure, automated, and scalable identity solutions.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing and enhancing IAM platforms and integrations
- Administering and improving SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra ID environments
- Developing automated identity lifecycle management and provisioning workflows
- Designing and implementing RBAC and ABAC access models
- Supporting access reviews, certification campaigns, governance activities and audits
- Contributing to IAM roadmap initiatives, platform uplift activities and continuous improvement programs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical identity solutions




- Supporting broader cyber security initiatives and remediation programs

What you'll need to succeed: As a seasoned identity professional, you’ll need to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You’ll also need:

- Strong hands-on experience within Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Exposure to identity platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity or ForgeRock
- Experience across Workforce IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer IAM (CIAM) and Non-Human Identity (NHI)
- Knowledge of identity governance, access certifications and access lifecycle management
- Understanding of identity protocols, security standards and IAM best practices
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills
