Job Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced IBM MQ & IBM Integration Support Engineer with 10+ years of experience in administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting IBM MQ, IBM ACE/IIB, and IBM MFT environments. The role focuses on ensuring high availability of enterprise messaging platforms, resolving production issues, and supporting integration services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, upgrade, migrate, and administer IBM MQ on Linux and Windows.
- Configure and manage Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Listeners, MQ Clusters, HA/DR, SSL/TLS, and Multi-Instance Queue Managers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot MQ infrastructure, message flows, and production issues.
- Administer and support IBM Managed File Transfer (MFT).
- Provide production support, deployments, and minor enhancements for IBM ACE/IIB applications.
- Debug ESQL, XML, XSLT, Java,



SQL, and message transformation issues.
- Manage certificates, backup/recovery, incident resolution, RCA, and 24x7 on-call support.

- IBM MQ Administration (v8.x/v9.x or higher)
- IBM ACE / IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
- IBM Managed File Transfer (MFT)
- MQ Clustering, HA/DR, SSL/TLS
- Java, ESQL, SQL, XML, XSLT
- Linux & Windows Administration
- Robust production support and troubleshooting experience
- IBM Connect (Good to Have)
