Change Analyst: SAP S/4HANA (People)9 month contractBrisbane, QLD

We are seeking a dedicated Change Analyst to join a dynamic program driving modern ERP (SAP S/4HANA) implementations across HR and Payroll workstreams. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting change strategies, conducting impact assessments, and guiding stakeholders through a seamless digital transition.

What You Will Do:

- Support the implementation of HR and Payroll change management strategies aligned with overall digital transformation goals.
- Assist in conducting change impact assessments to identify workforce, role, and process changes and support targeted interventions.
- Coordinate and track stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring key HR leaders and business units are informed and supported.
- Support the development, scheduling, and delivery of training programs while tracking overall completion rates.
- Assist in executing business readiness assessments, developing communications (FAQs, presentations, intranet updates), and managing adoption metrics.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

- 5+ years experience as a Change Analyst working on HR transformation or business process change within large-scale projects.
- Experienced in supporting HR or Payroll system implementations,



preferably within SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities, risks, and go-live dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
