Key Tasks / Duties

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software and network issues.

- Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, Windows operating systems and business applications.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system performance issues.

- Assist with user account management, password resets and access permissions.

- Support LAN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting.

- Perform system updates, software installation, antivirus monitoring and data backup.

- Maintain IT equipment and asset registers.

- Assist with testing and implementing new software and system upgrades.

- Escalate complex technical issues when required.

- Maintain technical documentation and support records.

- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and organisational procedures.





- Provide friendly and professional technical support to staff and assist with improving IT support processes.

Other Requirements

- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Systems or a related field.

- Previous experience in an ICT Support Technician or similar IT support role.

- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware and basic networking.

- Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good attention to detail and time management skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
