Through the Digital Marketplace and other ICT arrangements, PappsPM supports labour hire, business and systems analysis, data analytics, strategy, risk management, and governance services.

In the critical infrastructure space, PappsPM contributes to major construction, project management, security (SCEC), and property services, as well as contract and program delivery for transport and infrastructure agencies.

**PappsPM is seeking ICT specilsists who can provide technical support and service desk assistance, administering and monitoring networks and systems, and resolving incidents in line with service level expec tations.

The ICT Specialists will contribute to the delivery of ICT projects, assist in planning and implementing technology solutions, and support project managers with documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.



Daily tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining security and compliance standards, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and identifying opportunities to improve ICT processes and services.

The specialists may also be rquired to participation in Defence and government programs, requiring adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and security requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including systems, applications, and security fundamentals.
- Experience in Network Administration and infrastructure management (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls, monitoring tools).
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Service Desk operations, including incident resolution and customer-focused communication.
- Demonstrated capability in Project Management within ICT environments, including basic planning, coordination, and reporting.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or industry certifications (e.g., IT degree, CompTIA, Cisco, ITIL) are highly regarded.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid Canberra-based environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.**
