- Reviewing supplier, contractor and service agreements
- Providing legal support to property, finance, facilities and executive teams
- Managing legal compliance and governance requirements
- Coordinating external legal advisers where required
- Assisting with disputes, risk management and legal projects across the portfolio
To be successful, you will have:
- Current unrestricted NSW Practising Certificate (essential)
- Approximately 5–6 years' experience in commercial property and leasing law
- Strong exposure to commercial and/or retail leasing transactions
- Experience gained within a property owner, landlord-side, real estate, property management or in-house environment
- Working knowledge of PEXA
- Solid commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously
Why This Opportunity?
- High-profile commercial and retail property portfolio
- Genuine in-house role with broad commercial exposure
- Direct access to senior decision makers
