We are seeking an experienced Industrial or Automotive Spray Painter to join our Brisbane-based manufacturing team. About the Role
- Surface preparation including cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming
- Application of primers, topcoats, and protective finishes
- Mixing paints and coatings to specifications
- Operating spray-painting equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working closely with production teams to meet customer requirements
About You
- Trade qualification in Automotive Spray Painting preferred, but not essential
- Experience in industrial or automotive spray-painting environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of paint systems, surface preparation, and finishing techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
