Project Coordinator - Data Centre Deployment

Location: Remote based either in Melbourne OR Sydney

Contract: 12 months initially A global technology solutions provider is delivering technology infrastructure across a portfolio of current data centre builds in Australia, supporting AI and generative AI workloads. You would support the coordination of the technology and services fit-out: power, cabling, racks, GPU installation, HVAC and cooling. The base build is delivered separately and does not apply to this role.

This is a large scale, multi site programme, with genuine potential for global expansion. 2 Project Coordinator opportunities are currently available, based in Sydney or Melbourne, starting ASAP on an initial 12 month contract.

We're looking for genuine data centre or mobile/telco infrastructure and deployment project experience.



You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, tracking documentation, monitoring budgets and risks, and supporting the team through every stage of the project lifecycle

What you'll be doing:

- Tracking documentation deliverables across multiple projects
- Supporting the project lifecycle from initiation through to close out
- Assisting with budget tracking, forecasting and cost reporting
- Monitoring project risks and supporting mitigation actions
- Preparing status reports and supporting portfolio reviews
- Working closely with the lead Project Manager and wider project team
