We are looking for a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance across the organization.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking systems.

? Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure maximum system availability and reliability.

? Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, hardware, and system-related issues.

? Manage system upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

? Implement infrastructure security measures and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and technology initiatives.

? Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.

? Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

?? Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.

? Applicants must hold one of the following:

- Australian Citizen
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights





❌ Applicants holding a Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position. ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

?️ Experience managing Windows and/or Linux server environments.

☁️ Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.

⚙️ Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V and infrastructure monitoring tools is an advantage.

?️ Strong understanding of infrastructure security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.

? Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

? Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
