About the Role

This is a flexible opportunity that can be tailored to the right person's experience.

For experienced installers or tradespeople with leadership experience, there is the opportunity to step into an Installer Team Leader position, leading the on-site installation team and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

For qualified Carpenters looking for a new challenge, the company is also open to bringing the right person into an Installer/Carpenter role. Direct experience installing verandas, pergolas, or patios is highly regarded, however it is not essential. The company is willing to provide training and support to the right person who has strong carpentry skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.





This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in delivering premium outdoor living projects across Melbourne while maintaining the exceptional standards the company is known for.

Installer Team Leader Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising the in office installation team
- Coordinating daily installation activities and allocating work
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Ensuring installations are completed accurately and to a high standard
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail throughout every project
- Monitoring workmanship and ensuring quality control
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with workplace safety requirements
- Communicating professionally with customers throughout the installation process
- Training, mentoring, and supporting team members
- Working closely with management to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional worksite

Carpenter / Installer Responsibilities

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Installing premium verandas, pergolas, patios, and outdoor structures
- Working with steel and timber components
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
- Completing finishing work to a high standard
- Ensuring exceptional attention to detail across all projects
- Working safely and efficiently on-site
- Maintaining a professional approach when working with customers
- Learning and developing skills specific to outdoor living installations

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Carpentry, construction, installation, or related trade experience
