Associate to Senior Associate – Insurance Litigation

Canberra | Hybrid and Flexible Working An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Canberra office of a highly regarded national law firm.

You will work closely with an experienced Partner and a cooperative insurance team on a diverse range of complex matters, including:

- Public liability claims
- Historical abuse matters
- Commonwealth workers’ compensation
- CTP claims
- Litigation in the ACT and NSW Courts, ACAT and the Administrative Review Tribunal

The firm represents major insurers, self-insured organisations and government departments, providing exposure to high-quality clients and challenging matters. This opportunity would suit a high-performing Associate ready to step up to Senior Associate level or an emerging Senior Associate seeking greater responsibility and career progression.

About you:





- At least 3 years’ post-admission experience
- Experience in defendant liability, CTP, historical abuse or another insurance-related area
- Strong written communication and file-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Experience mentoring junior lawyers would be advantageous
